VALET PARKING
Valet parking is available 24 hours a day at a daily rate of $65.
PETS
Sunset Tower Hotel is very pet friendly. We charge a one-time, $100 non-refundable fee to guests accompanied by pets 40lbs and under. This does not include any charges associated with extra cleaning or damages in the room caused by a pet.
SMOKING
Sunset Tower has a strict No Smoking policy in all guest rooms and corridors. A $500 damage fee will be charged in the event that a room has been smoked in.
AMENITY FEE
A $35 amenity fee will be charged per day / per room and includes:

GUEST ROOM POLICIES
All rooms at Sunset Tower Hotel are double occupancy unless otherwise noted or cleared by management. We have a strict no party policy. A maximum of four (4) guests is allowed at anytime in guest rooms.
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Photography or filming is not allowed anywhere on hotel property unless approved by the General Manager.
