ROOM ATTENDANT/RECAMARERA - FULL TIME/HOURLY
Uphold and maintain the cleanliness and service standards of guest rooms and designated areas by following proper safety and sanitation procedures.

RESTAURANT MANAGER/MANEJADOR DE RESTAURANTE- FULL TIME/EXEMPT
The position is responsible for managing and supporting the daily operations of all
aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations including the development and
performance management of F&B staff. In addition, s/he oversees the guest
experience ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

A.M. LINE COOK/COCINERO - FULL TIME /HOURLY
Responsible to plan, prep, set-up, and provide quality food service in all areas of food productions for menu items and special in accordance with standards with plating guide specifications.

P.M. PASTRY COOK/COCINERO DE POSTRE - FULL TIME/HOURLY
Primary responsibility is to plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the kitchen department in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications.

 SOUS CHEF
Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Areas of responsibility comprise of overseeing all food preparation areas (banquets, in-room dining, restaurants, bar/lounge and employee cafeteria) and all support areas (dish room and purchasing) as applicable.

HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR/ CORDINADOR DE HOUSEKEEPING- FULL-TIME/HOURLY
To ensure the Housekeeping operation runs as an efficient and organized unit; act as the main contact/service center for internal and external guests; increase communication between departments throughout the property; Gain guest loyalty by utilizing the provided systems and tools consistently and efficiently.

HOST/HOSTESS/ANFRITION- FULL TIME/HOURLY
Responsible for greeting guests, providing excellent guest service upon guest entering food and beverage outlet. The Hostess normally works a regular food and beverage shift but may be asked and assigned another shift due to work needs.

AM/PM SERVERS/SERVIDOR- FULL TIME AND PART TIME/HOURLY
Responsible for greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, providing excellent guest service upon guest entering food and beverage outlet. The Server normally works a regular food and beverage shift but may be asked and assigned another shift due to work needs.

BUSSER- FULL TIME AND PART TIME
 The busser provides assistance to the wait staff in servicing the guests in a timely fashion. This is a support position for the servers as well as grooming of the restaurant and its perimeters.

BARTENDER- FULL TIME/HOURLY
The bartender prepares alcoholic beverages and nonalcoholic beverages to the guests in a timely fashion.

BAR MANAGER/MANEJADOR DE BAR- FULL TIME/EXEMPT
The Bar Manager is responsible for providing consistent excellent service to guests/patrons of the bar/lounge and setting up, maintaining and operating the bar in an efficient and profitable manner.

DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE/DIRECTOR DE ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS- FULL TIME/EXEMPT
The position is responsible for overseeing the property’s food and beverage operations, which encompass banquet, culinary, room service operations, and employee dining; maintaining product and service quality levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting; and selecting, training, and developing employees.

NIGHT MANAGER/MANEJADOR DE NOCHE- FULL TIME/EXEMPT
The Night Manager is the Manager on Duty and responsible for all hotel operations during overnight shift hours, focusing on Front Office operations, night audit and hotel safety/security. Responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent guest service, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. The Night Auditor normally works a regular 3rd front desk shift but may be asked and assigned another shift due to work needs.

FOOD RUNNER/CORREDOR DE COMIDA-PART TIME/HOURLY
The Food runner provides assistance to the wait staff in servicing the guests in a timely fashion. This is a support position for the servers as well as grooming of the restaurant and its perimeters.
